Of course not. Indeed, what will stop the Serbian republic in Bosnia from declaring independence and joining Serbia? What can stop Alto-Adige in Italy from seceding and joining Austria?

What will stop a largely Muslim-populated territory in Britain or France from setting up their own independent entity?

This is going to cause increased fragmentation world-wide, everyone basing it on the Kosovo precedent. My fear is that this will especially cause the Albanian population in Macedonia, and possibly the one in Montenegro to proclaim their own independence, which, in my opinion, would spark another Balkan war.
