It is interesting at least to see how the word "apartheid" applied to discrimination-against these days when all it actually implies is that there are parallel societies within the same jurisdiction - which I don't see implied by the article at all. In fact, that way it is much misused like the word "discrimination" which actually means that you are making something stand out from the mass, originally in a positive manner ...

Either way, I would be interested to hear how founded or not this article is on the actual ongoings. Crvena zvezda, from your profile's information I presume that you are a Montenegrin resident: Would it be possible for you to shed more light on the actual situation and how it relates to the one described in this article?
