In the early 1990's Russia said sorry to a lot of countries they trod over. That has changed, with Russian interpretations of the winter war once again edging towards the Soviet interpretations.

I don't think Russia should forever feel guilty for the (considerable amount of) crimes committed against other European peoples', but I wish they did not turn to reactionary revisionism.
