Scottish is the best for me among native speakers of english
Other than that, there are many funny foreign accents. Apart from the ones already mentioned, there is the austrian one, notorious for devoicing the othervoice voiced j/g [
dʒ͡] (austrians pronounce "cheap" and "jeep" the same way - with a [
tʃ]͡).
I don't really enjoy the italian or french accent, though. They are way beyond adding a "slight touch" to english pronunciation, they deform it completely
. The german one as well, if it is too strong.
