To build on guilt is to build on sand.
You may have swift gains from exploiting guilt but you never build an healthy relationship between humans, and this is true also when guilt is exploited by people from an ethnic group that interacts with other ones.
In the long last you get a backlash, or even a total annihilation of your reasons.
What the author fails to mention is the fact that the jews are culturally bent on exploiting guilt, they have a tendency to preach, to be priest-like that is the essence of their religious background: so it is not easy at all for them to abstain from a guilt based relationship with other peoples who have a more cristalline view of past deeds, and tend to forget quickly the past after elaborating on it, which is, in my humble opinion, a wiser and more human attitude.
