Indeed and a sort of clockwise Triskel was in use in the Langemarck ss division.

I know Bretons like to use it as a Celtic symbol however it is likely to be even older than Celts themselves and not specifically "Celtic".



Man island and Sicily

If you've ever noticed on some churches and cathedrals, one can see Triskelions (as well as solar wheels, btw).
