Those are speculations by retorted minds (often of homosexuals) who make bizarre and distorted analyses of a few passages of the life of the victim (here Frederick the Great), which pro-homosexuals pretend that they should be taken as absolute truths.
Some of them have speculated that Frederick the Great was homosexual. Others, that he was bisexual. And yet others, that he was asexual. But you see? No matter how speculative these claims are, based on perhaps some innocent passages of his life or words that he wrote, we must assume that he was a homosexual.
