Who gave Albanians the power to make threats at such a big scale? It is not because of their own power that they are able to make such threats, as they are nothing but a miserable country that would be easily overrun by any country with a medium military forces.
It is madness that they are even allowed to say such things, and the Albanian government is not demanded to crack down on their own terrorist para-military.
