VMORO was the organization who planned the assassination of Alexander Karadjordjevic in 1934 in Marseille with collaboration with the Croatian Ustashi.
The killing was carried out by the VMRO terrorist Vlado Chernozemski and happened after the suppression of IMRO following the 19 May 1934 military coup in Bulgaria. In fact in Bulgaria Chernozemski is more a hero than a terrorist. So this assassination is the most famous VMORO act and in the differents points of view it could be a terroristic organization for the Serbs or a nacionalistic organization for the Bulgarians.
