It's not the same language
A random Serb understands a random FYROMian at least 90% of things,
those from southern Serbia understand more, those from northern understand less. However, a random Serbian understands hardly some 60% of what a random Bulgarian says.

The problem is mostly with Bulgarian having the same words which have a different meaning from the normal one. So, I've decided to go to Sofia and give out proper dictionaries
