I don't know about Montenegrins. I suspect very low 'Slavic' heritage, because of
being a hardly accessible area.
The FYROMANIANS
on the other hand, I've read in some study I think Euclides posted that they are by far the least 'Slavic' of all Slavs ( not in those words, but, that's how I remembered it ).
