It might be an answer to the all these similarities, yes. Or maybe not? What if there
is one almighty force ('God'), who created mankind, and the first humans of course believed in just Him, and from this a monotheistic religion was developed (similar as the core elemenst of Judaism, Christianity and Islam today). Times passed, things changed, and so have human believes, they got more complex etc. And it was at this point, that the only traces of a common monotheistic religion can be seen in adjectives as "Invisible one" , "distributor", "Eternal", wich are part of their old tales of the begining, the end. Besides this, there are many more common elemenst between religions around the world. I think too much similar elements in stories of the cretation of the World, man, the judgement day etc. to be just plain coincidence (my opinion). I won't talk about them now. Maybe latter. If you are really interested you can pm me.
But maybe it's like you said, and these similarities developed in all human cultures by accident, while they never got in touch. After all, why not?
In my opinion it's all matter of personal faith. If you believe in a supernatural force (God etc.) you will sure find proofs for the history timeline running like it's described in the old Testament or Quran. With no faith in one Creator, your mind will manage to find another acceptable version. And whom to believe now?
All I want to say is, that in the end, it's just history, all plain speculations of many sides, all human, no side being more capable for finding 'the truth' than the other. Everything can be viewed in different ways. But is it really important? I'm religious, yes, and I'm also interested in the earliest human history, but deep inside I know... it does not really matter for my life here and now
EDIT: To take just one example, and show what my whole post here is about

Also, many figures from the Bible might be adaptated from Mesopotamiam myths

Also many figures from Mesopotamiam myths might be adaptated from the Old Testament (or some similar source).
Why not this way?
