I'd say.
The old testament reveals us that Abraham was actualy from Ur so it wouldn't be surprising to find many Sumerian and Akkadian cultural patterns in the Hebrew civilisation. Also, many figures from the Bible might be adaptated from Mesopotamiam myths; thus Eve could have been adapted from Lilith whereas Noah would have been adapted in part from Gilgamesh for instance.
