We'll take them but Cornwall would be best to join with Wales in such circumstances. I would also like Newcastle, as we need some people to bully on Friday nights.

Shetlands is Scottish. We need the land to expand our Waters so we maintain control over North Sea Oil, we need it. If they want independence they can leave and go to Norway.
Ulster-Scots should either accept a United Irish Republic Governed from Dublin (Or Cork
), or return to Scotland (i'd be fine to have them).
