Also, he was at a conference of the
American Renaissance magazine in 2006. I don't know if he talked about it there, but you can hear him exposing this concept in this audio-video of a recent conference in Germany (at 3:56) :

But Faye has always be a racialist more than a nationalist, anyway. The more strange thing is that he recently made pro-Zionist comments (proning an alliance with Israel) in a recent interview (even if he said it was fake after it was published), and also in his latest book "
La Nouvelle question juive" (The New Jewish question), which provoked a controversy in the little ultra-right milieu.
