How exactly is grouping Finns with Scandinavians under the term Nordic justified, in Your opinion?

As for the argument connected to the linguistic status of Finland, logic alone compels me to agree that the wording "artificial bilingualism" indeed moves Finns further apart from Scandinavians. Which brings me back to the question above.
