Munich: Nonsmoker beaten up
Two young men that have beaten up a pensioner likely will be charged with attempted murder. The elderly man had asked them to quit smoking in the subway before.

After this brutal assault in Munich's subway, two suspects have been arrested, a 20 years old Turk and a 17 years old Greek. The two unemployed confessed. Both are known serial offenders, they have comitted dozens of crimes before. The brutality of the crime likely will lead to a charge of attempted murder, the 17 year old had kicked the 76 years old pensioner's head. The two criminals pursued the pensioner after he had asked them to quit smoking in the subway, an observation camera gives evidence how they attacked him from behind, after he fell to the ground they hit and kicked him severely. The 17 year old took a several meters long run up and kicked the pensioner's head, whose skull cracked. Then they stole his backpack and fled the scenery. Police managed to arrest them later, they had stolen a mobile phone earlier, from which they called a friend, bragging: "Now you will be witness how I kill a German". The pensioner is hospitalized with severe injuries.

Media did it's best to hide the fact the offenders were foreigners, this newspaper says: "Smokers beat nonsmoker half to death", TV also broadcasted misleading information.
The fact one offender screamed "I will kill you f-cking German" is widely unkown to the German public, and of course, no special "anti-racism task force" of the police and no "anti-discrimination special-prosecutor" investigate...
