There are being changes and moves into the right direction, in E2000. And people there not only do not entertain themselves with fetishisms of any kind, but I've sensed that most people actually feel a strong rejection for the fetish fringes. The party has not shown any special interest so far in other political parties in Europe, and they stick very strictly to the issues that matter to Spaniards. Mind you, some even labelled me as Identitarian! I had to explain how I am for the idea of the preservation of Identities both in Spain and in Europe, but from a Traditionalist point of view.
There is still a long way to go for more chances to crystalize, and while I'm still of the opinion that it would have been preferrable the option of the territorial plataforms, following after the example of PxC (
Plataforma per Catalunya), the truth is that it has proved a nearly impossible task to organize it from scratch. And E2000 already has a good structure that would take years to organize in a new party.
Remember the nutzis in the back of the Oct. 12 march? Well, I found out that they do not belong to E2000 but to AN (Alianza Nacional). They attached themselves, as they usually do. In the future, you should expect surprises like that they are barred from any acts.
Last night I went to the annual Christmas Dinner. Some old faces from old friends there, always a pleasure to see. But many more new and young ones. Most important, all of them average Spanish faces with average Spanish looks. I won't pretend that I remember anything of what I talked to some people. Damned! I still have to pick up my car, that I left in town. It will all come back eventually, as the headache fades away.
Affiliations are running at an average of 30 to 40 people per week, only in the area of Valencia and without many big displays of publicity. And in Madrid Rafael Ripoll joined the party after the results of
Iniciativa Habitable in the past elections.
Anything else (Falanges, DN, AN, etc..) stays in the marginal fringe.
