We are really not following each others lines of thought here.
I made a claim about IQ (or the cognitive ability/abilities it measures) having a high correlation with success in modern, complex societies. Which means those with higher IQ are more likely to have higher education and end in planning, leadership or academical positions and those with lower IQ more likely to end in less complex fields of society like cleaners or plumbers. Whether it is true or false, I fail to see what it could possibly have to do with ideology.
Take for example Japan, which is already a Nationalistic society to a high extent, and which could be turned into one with just small changes. Still, it's a highly developed, complex and technological society, and the same mechanics that work in other developed countries must work also there.
