I never drink coffee (neither do I like mocca chocolate), I think the term negro sweat adequatly describes what I think of this sludge. I only like tasty beverages like tea (with sugar, without milk) or sometimes chocolate.

If you would offer coffee to one of our forefathers he would think it would be digestive sludge from the soakaway- actually Europeans, especially in the north, evolved digestive encymes to digest dairy products.
