I don't know whether I'm understanding you well here. To put it simple: I agree with you, parents and leaders must act as role-models. But who will show them what's right and what's wrong? God, whose teachings must be interpreted and spreaded by a priestly caste. Agreed that a value-neutral (relativistic?) society cannot exist, nor is desirable at all.
