What is the definition of the "adaptation to the global warming" (for which financial aid is being given) in the first place?
What does poor mean these days anyway? Most of Europe's inhabitants barely make their ends meet these days and great many are overdebted. But they live in - formally seen (according to GDPs and similar data) - some of the world richest countries.
Hyper-capitalism and consumerism ARE to be condemned, but for entirely different reasons than the ones adduced in this article.
