Thanks for your support of me... I don't think it's very brave, though...
I don't care if the country is going downhill or everything is going to blow up in our faces (oh rather!). It's still my nation and I still love it.
Thinking of immigrants, I would say (though my experience is quite limited) that most end up in council housing... a lot in London. I've seen though quite a few in the Manchester area (makes sense)... and I've even seen some in my grandma's village of around 7000 people (the fish and chip shop is now owned by asians and there's a curry shop there... A curry shop for Gods' sakes! Rar!).
My parents moved for economic reasons, afiak. My father was offered a better position at the university here with chances of advancement.. My mother and father still miss England, but my father says that he probably misses the England of 30 years ago and not today. If only we could put things back 30 years...
