I agree with Theobald. The American officials are constantly repeating that Kosovo will become independent. So if Kosovo declares independence, the US of A will be the first country to recognize its sovereignty, be sure about that. Any other scenario would mean that Americans are a joke, and everybody would laugh at them. Especially the Russians, who would further affirm their political strength. Since US cannot afford that, they will become the slaves of their own words, and honour them.
