I share this same sentiment of yours. I feel absolutely no attachment to "my" government, nor do I ascribe to it any, even theroretical, legitimacy. No respect for a bunch of criminals and contemptible liars.
Nor do I consider that they represent Croatia abroad in any way. The only thing that they represent is their fat asses.
