Spain is the major investor in the region, along with the U.S.
I can understand that people there are outraged by a company like Telefónica, a telecommunications giant, because of the tariffs that it applies. But macaco Chávez should keep his mouth shut before pointing to the Spanish people, because we have more reasons to be outraged by Telefónica's tariffs and, incidentally, it is with the money that Telefónica has sucked from Spaniards for decades that the infrastructure costs in those countries are being financed.
