Who says there is such a reticence from the part of the Brussels and co. crime syndicate? They are ready for anything. Once Merkel was against Turkey joining EU, now she chenged her mind.

It is highly unlikely. But such geopolitical anayses are more often than not just conjectures about future, predictions, very often without ground in reality, and, most of all, wishful thinking. They speak more about someone's wishes than about real scenarios of the future.
