Sure we do!
My swedish favorite is
julskinka(Christmas hams) and my german favorite is
Schweinhaxe.
Julskinka is a ham prepared in the oven with mustard, egg yolk and brown dried bread crumbs.
Schweinhaxe Iīm not sure of, never made it myself. But I think itīs a knuckle of pork made in the oven and itīs served with suerkraut.
