Such theories can be heard quite often and I think it's total BS. Maybe the German elites even have such plans or dreams (it is questionalble whether realizable), but, at any rate, it wouldn't be for the benefit of the German people, but only for their own benefit. It's not like that only in Germany, but everywhere in Europe: the liberal-democratic dictatorial cliques do everything only for themselves, live in a world of abstractions and have no ties left with their folk(s).
In my humble opinion, ramblings about a forthcoming Forth Reich that is set to dominate Europe are as insane as those about Ahmadinejad threatening the entire world with his (non-existing) nuclear bomb.
