Yes, I know. I think that the very East of Estonia (Narva) is mainly populated by Russians. So the main target are Russians again. Russian government really doesn't care about Russians abroad, because if it did, we already could get all Russians back. It would be better for us and for Estonia, Latvia and other countries. Also there are many Russians from Kazakhstan who face a lot of difficulties to move to Russia and to get citizenship.

But I thought these unofficial sanctions were just very short and populist move and were already over. No?
I don't think that any power on Earth can stop our current officials from filling their pockets with oil money.
