One of my best friends is half-Russian, I really admire his mother who is from Moscow nobility actually. If she goes to Moscow to see her old father she is always insulted because she is from "Pribaltika", an ethnic Russian is just blamed to live in Estonia, of course they have in some ways different words in their vocabulary, some loanwords from Estonian that a Moscower doesn't know, but... All the prices are doubled if you are not local, and of course you are "fascist".
