Dislike to people from Caucasus hardly has anything to do with racism. It's general antipathy to numerous (very and very numerous to be exact) immigrants with alien mentality, alien moral codes, alien culture (or rather lack of it). This dislike has deep social roots not racial ones. It's like noisy annoying neighbour who can steal you wallet, flirt with your girlfriend (wife) etc. Everyone call them "blacks" here - even other minorities like jews or tatars.
