I am not sure about that.

If NOR has relation with Paleolithic Y-Chromosome DNA haplogroups and even with Paleolithic mtDNA then among Spaniards such NOR % must be even higher. As I said before it would be interesting to know wich genetic markers they took as NOR because it still not clear to me. "Paleolithic" genetics markers can be found in high % in many geographic areas of Europe.
