He must have very bad marketing and image adivsors.
If you wanted Americans to convert to Islam, you should try different approaches.
For example, try to deliver the message not as a speech, but as a rap song.
Most effective would be to tell Americans that Allah is an alien and Mohammed his UFO driver, and that they will come to pick them up and take them to planet Paradise, where they will enjoy tax exemptions for early conversion.
