Of course he is fake. In fact, he is most probably dead since long ago. These fake videos' role is to keep the American (and "Western") population in eternal fear, as well as influence the outcomes of voting at different elections. Note his stances on the internal policy of the USA.
I wonder just one thing...
How many people, what percentage, really believe in these ridiculous videos which pop up from time to time?
