I agree with almost all of these options.
I cannot, however, morally agree with punishments such as life in prison or the death penalty for crossing the border illegally. Deportation with a firm warning is good enough.
There needs to be further elaboration on the option outlawing freedom of expression and organization. As one who writes, reads, and listens to music, literature, and the fine arts, freedom of expression is very vital to my everday sanity. However, if freedom of expression was only illegal in the case of denouncing the state, race, and etc. of the nation, then yes I agree.
