Yes, self-managed enterprises and vertical syndicates.
This is very important in a Syndicalist State because the Syndicate is one of the three ways that the workers have for the political participation in the State (Syndicate, Family and "municipio" ¿town council?).
The Syndicates are basic for the election of the Syndical Bank and the Syndical Camera.
