In Hungary it seems like if the Communist regime did not manage to permeate through the people and it was always seen as a foreign intervention.
In Romania, however, the effects over the people was devastating and can be still seen today. I find Romanians a people who are morally bankrupted to the bones, I'm sorry to say.
