Apart from the fact that the text is incredibly stupid, it seems that it was written by an invented person.

I have found two similar cases of pro-Jewish ghostwriters myself just in the last month.

The first one was a supposed historian who gives negative book reviews to anyone who suggests Churchill was seriously flawed or that rescuing the Jews from Hitler was not the top priority of every politician alive around the time of WW2. The book reviews go back at least fifteen years but I can find no other evidence of the person's existence.

The second made-up academic I seem to have found is the one who wrote a negative critique of Solzhenitsyn's history of the Jews in Russia, "Two Hundred Years Together". Again no one of that name seems to exist in the real world.
