Am sorry to hear that is the case in Russia Gottslav. Putin from your description sounds to be fully 'on board' as regarding the ideology of cheap labor/institutionalised division known as Multi-culturalism. Multi-culturalism is of course the official ideology of the British Establishment, which indeed brought that concept into being, so one would think in that regard Putin would be on good terms with the US/UK. He's not though of course, apparently his wresting of Russian economic resources from the 'oligarchs' being seen as as 'not proper' by the US and Britain, and hence their drumbeating against Putin and Russia...
