Re: Which kind of Nationalism do you favour the most?
My heart tells me ethnic nationalism (ethnicity being a major factor in actually defining a nation) But my head tells me civic nationalism - particularly for England where mass immigration means that the best hope for a cohesive, relatively harmonious society is to 'mainstream' civic nationalism. Other cultures must assimilate to the indiginous population's culture, language etc.
