For examples serbians,croatians,chechs,slovenians,slovakians are also darker than poles,belorussians,russians but we all consider ourselves slavs.There arent 'fair' south european countries.As much as you go to the north the much ligther the peoples are.Its not unusual that bulgarians arent so fair.Tell me one(1!) south european country with a light people?You cannot!
