You won't be surprised. You guessed it right, it is their plan. That's what they are after, forging artificial nationhood out of three mutually hostile ethnic groups or nations. A "Bosnian" nation is what they call it.
But that's not anything particularly new. About one hundred years ago the Austro-Hungarian administrator of Bosnia and Herzegovina had tried to do the same. His project failed, as will most probably this one as well. But the real question is, how many human lives will this failure cost this time?
