Salmon with red pesto
OK, one for you beginners. As easy as it gets.
Start the oven at 200 degrees Celcius.
Place a salmon filé(approx 150 - 200 grams) on a piece of foil, one filé per serving.
Cover the top of the filé with a generous layer of red pesto.
Make a "package" of it, and place the package in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a fresh sallad and maybe som paine riche.
