Which party policies and/or socio-political (or socio-economical) events would you link to the sharp rise in the 2003-2004 period?
The lines in the graphics suggest a continued growth in votes until 2007 in contrast to a sudden fall in percentages starting in 2004. Clearly the immigrant vote factor.
I take it that Kamer in Flemish means Chamber (in Afrikaans it does).
Growth there continues but with a strain since 2004.
