If it ever happens I doubt it will be federalization (at least not in the strickt sense of that term), especially with the possibility to secede. I am an optimist though and I think that Bosnia-Herzegovina will in the end have to be oranized in three ethnic entities.

The borders will have to modified a bit though. I think the best solution and the one the international community would accept would be for each nation to have two cantons which would be united into entities. Each entitiy would have own parliament and it's own president which would be the member of the presidency.
