I meant that to support israeli right to a state there is no need to be sionists: so our politicians who do so are just kowtowing to international jewry for local political support by their nations\' jewish interest groups. Actually italian politicians are mostly subservient to sionists with the exceptions of hardcore communists and the small remnants of the fascist party (Forza Nuova). The rank and file lombard-leaguers are perfectly lepenist but some of our bosses are strongly pro-sionists (Calderoli for a start). On average our party keeps itself safely distant from the palestinian-israeli querelle, being us focused on more compelling local problems.
