In short, Mr. Bushs narrow and short view forces Russia and China to fraternize closer, and Europe would according to Mr.Bush "genious" plan come to pay for the party.

When Europe in worst case scenario eventually lays in ashes, USA may do as they did twice before, entering the warscene when the worst is over...Just in time to pick the laurels... ( Not at all completely true, but could be truer in the future)

USA practices kader strategy; hiding and shooting from behind a shield of living civilians. European civilians.
