Probably Italian. I like the pasta dishes, mozzerella cheese, risotto, pizza and ice cream. In fact, there's a funny story involving Italians, ice cream and Wales. In the early 1900s some Italian who was trying to immigrate to America caught the wrong ship ended up in South Wales dock. He eventually settled down and founded an ice cream company using Italian recipes. You can still buy this ice cream today, the company is run by his grand daughter.

). I never understood the reason for it being so shitty, especially if you consider the many groups who moved to and had a cultural impact on the island in the past. Don't get me wrong, I like English real ales and Irish stouts, but for the most part, the food is just bland and disgusting.
