But I understand why Dutch dreams of such big territories (too many people and too small country). Maybe it's eve better for them to join Germany, I don't know.

But you said that only English can join if they want. That means that for other Germanics membership is compulsory? Or what? What if they don't want to join? I don't understand why Norwegians would join, for example? Their country is rich with oil, they have very high level of live, they only need to get rid of immigrants. So why do they need it? And what if they wouldn't want to join?
